Donor Acknowledgement - Kansas Health Foundation

Sincere gratitude for Kansas Health Foundation's $1,000 donation received electronically on December 4th for a community program that we had applied for on November 4th. The funding will help bring together different groups in our community to have a dialogue and share information on what we are all doing, discuss collaboration and celebrate our culture. This gathering will help our community understand where we are as a community and what steps are required to be where we want to be.
