Sponsorship Levels for 12th WAU Annual Celebration

We are pleased to announce the sponsorship levels for the 12th WAU Annual Celebration. We hope that you or someone you know will be able to partner with us during this important event where four scholarships will be awarded to local college students. The event will present the impact Wichita African Union has made in the community since it was founded on January 28, 2012. The most important part of the event will be the award of four scholarships to students attending local colleges and universities. This has been our tradition for years. Every year this event brings in students from local colleges and universities with their faculty and staff. This year we are also bringing in school admins and staff from the elementary schools we are working with to introduce them to African culture so they can understand newcomer African students in their schools. This event will also showcase African culture in various ways: Fashion Show, food, music, dance and the display of African artifacts on Safari Tables representing each African country in the Union.
