Announcing WAU Board of Directors

On April 28, 2024, WAU President, outgoing WAU President, Financial Secretary and WAU standing committees chairmen met to discuss and formalize WAU Board of Directors, following the provisions in WAU Bylaws. This was the very first WAU board meeting. The board met every quarter since the first meeting and spent most of the meetings time reviewing the duties and responsibilities of the board, and adding specific duties and responsibilities of board chairman and vice board chairman/secretary to the WAU Board of Directors section in the bylaws.

On March 22nd, 2025, the board met and finally elected board chair, Dr. Dan Muhwezi and vice chair/secretary, Mr. Ambrose Odunze.
